Refund and Cancellation Policy

No payment is taken on this site

The Cinema Chair has a shop, but it is a catalogue rather than a checkout. There is no cart, no payment gateway, no subscription and no donation button. No payment method is integrated, no card details are ever requested, and no money changes hands on this website.

Asking about a product sends an email. If a sale then happens, it is arranged directly between you and Rohan, and the terms of that arrangement, including anything about refunds, are agreed between you in writing at the time.

So there is nothing for this page to refund, because nothing is bought here.

This page exists so that is unambiguous, and because payment providers ask to see a refund policy before enabling an account.

If that ever changes

If a real checkout is added later, this page will be replaced with proper terms before anything can be bought, and those terms will cover at least:

• What exactly is being bought, and when it is delivered
• The window for cancelling, and how to do it
• Which purchases are refundable and which are not, stated before payment rather than after
• How long a refund takes to reach you once approved
• The payment provider handling the transaction, and what it sees

Until that page exists, treat everything on this site as free to read with nothing owed either way.

Commissioned or collaborative work

If you approach the owner through the contact form about paid or collaborative work, terms are agreed directly between you in writing before anything starts. This policy does not govern that arrangement, and no payment is ever taken through this website.
